STEP 1: ADD ITEMS TO YOUR BAG
Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have size and/or color options.
Please be informed that you can also put the currency in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR).
Then please select the size, color and quantity you would like to order and click on the "add to cart" button.
Once you click on the add to cart button, the item will be automatically added to your cart. You can continue shopping as you go and if you would like to see what is in your cart, click on the view cart button on the top right hand corner of the page.
STEP 2: YOUR CART
You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the "view cart" button at the top right hand corner of the page.
To amend the quantity
o Click – or + symbol
o Your order will be updated
To delete an item from your bag
o Click the " remove " next to the item you wish to remove.
If you would like to continue shopping, please c;ick “continue shopping button” and you can continue shopping.. When you are happy with your selections, click the "checkout" button and you will be directed to the checkout page.
STEP 3: CHECKOUT
You can simply login for returning customer or input your email address and fill in the form of the details needed for the new customer. Please makesure your email and the shipping address are correct. Otherwise you can change it.
Once all okay then you can click Continue To Payment.
Once you arrived in Payment Page, you can choose several different option by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Gopay or QRIS
And you can also choose if you want to use the Shipping Address as the Billing Address or if you want to use different Billing Address you can change in this page.
Once all okay then you can click Complete Order.
STEP 4: PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Once the payment complete, you will receive an Order confirmation email from Gingersnap Bali.
We will check your payment within 2 business days. Once cleared or once we receive your Payment Receipt, we will proceed with your order.
