Our distribution center is located in Indonesia and the shipping carrier we use to ship is RPX.
All purchase to ship within Indonesia will be free of shipping charge.
We aim to pack your order within 24-48 hours.
For domestic shipping, time varies between 3 to 5 working days.
For international shipping, 4 to 10 working days from dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number once your order have been dispatched.
Our online business working days are Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Fridays evening (Bali time) will be addressed the following Monday.
GINGERSNAP BALI will provide an exchange item only where:
1. The goods are in seal-able condition, with all tags still intact;
2. The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
3. The goods are returned within 3 working days of received date; and the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
The shipping cost to send the item back to us will be on your behalf.
Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
1. Are faulty (unless caused by you);
2. Have been wrongly described;
3. Are different from the goods that you ordered;
All returns must be returned to GINGERSNAP BALI within 3 working of received date to be eligible for a refund.
Returns after this period will not be accepted.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
